No. Each Grip sport has a separate rating. You could be a 6 in Badminton and a 3 in Padel.

No. Friendly matches are casual and do not impact your Grip Rating. Only rated matches will change it.

Grip Level is a quick, broad indicator of your skill band used for matchmaking. Grip Rating is a precise number that can change after every rated match.

Yes. While creating a game, you can choose the Grip Level range to control who can join.

Open the match details. You’ll see a before/after summary and a short explanation of the change.

If a rated game is cancelled before it starts, no players are penalized and ratings remain unchanged.
